Although we are known as The Shrimp PeopleTM, we at Darik Enterprises carry an extensive line of lobster tail products. The most abundant of the many species that we carry is the Panulirus argus, or Atlantic lobster. It is characterized by its brown shell which turns to a vibrant red when cooked. This product is sourced from Nicaragua, Brazil and Panama. The Panulirus laevicauda is another premium lobster tail harvested in the pristine ocean waters of Brazil. All of these products are fresh frozen and individually wrapped to maintain product quality. |
