Titis or "Sea Bobs" are truly among the most versatile of shrimp. Available in sizes from 31/35 to 200/300, titis are suitable for all applications from fried shrimp to egg rolls. The Titis come in a variety of product forms: Peeled and deveined (P&D), peeled un-deveined (PUD), and shell-on. The durability of the shell of the shrimp makes it perfect for buffet applications and the mild flavor will complement even the most subtle of flavorings. |
